The Website is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
In these Terms & Conditions ("Terms" or "Agreement"):

- Breach any relevant law or regulation.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

- This includes direct/indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages even if we have been notified of the possibility.
Use of THE BOOKING SUPPORT Website
To use or access the THE BOOKING SUPPORT website—including its desktop, mobile, and app-based versions—or to book through our site or customer service agents, you consent to the following:
- Age Requirement – You must be at least 18 years or older.
- Legal Authority – You possess the legal ability to form binding contracts.
- Agreement to Terms – You agree to make use of THE BOOKING SUPPORT only according to these Terms & Conditions.
- Authentic Reservations – You will place only genuine reservations for yourself or for another individual who has legally empowered you to book on their behalf.
- Acting for Others – While booking on someone else's behalf, you acknowledge that they understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Accuracy of Information – Any information supplied by you will be accurate, true, and up to date.
- Account Security – In creating an account on THE BOOKING SUPPORT, you are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all use made under your account.
- Right to Restrict Access – THE BOOKING SUPPORT has the right to refuse access to our services to anyone for any reason, including—but not limited to—terms of use violations.
Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Arbitration
If you have a complaint or dispute with THE BOOKING SUPPORT, our services, or this Privacy Policy, you undertake to first try to resolve it directly with our Customer Care team by calling 1-866-558-6325 or emailing official@thebookingsupport.com.com. We will use our best efforts to resolve the dispute within 90 days.
- Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
- Arbitration Agreement: Except as prohibited by law, any and all disputes will be determined exclusively by binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Nevada.
- Class Action Waiver: By accepting these Terms, you give up any right to initiate a lawsuit against us before a judge or jury and you give up involvement in any class action, class arbitration, or consolidated proceeding.
General Travel Information
THE BOOKING SUPPORT offers travelers specific information provided by third-party travel suppliers (airlines, cruise lines, etc.). While we make every reasonable attempt to provide accurate and up-to-date information, THE BOOKING SUPPORT does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the information. All services are subject to availability. THE BOOKING SUPPORT is not responsible for delays, changes, or inaccuracies caused by Travel Service Providers.
- Responsibilities of the Traveler: It is your responsibility to ensure you comply with all legal and documentation needs for your travel, including having a valid passport, necessary visas, travel insurance, and required health certificates.
- Ticketing and Airfare: Airfares are not guaranteed until full payment has been made and the booking is confirmed. Airlines can change fares at any time. If your itinerary involves multiple airlines, you must comply with each airline’s individual policies.
- International Travel: It is your obligation to check that you have all the necessary travel documents to enter a foreign nation. THE BOOKING SUPPORT will not be responsible for your inability to meet entry requirements.
- Airline Schedule Changes & Baggage: Airlines have the right to alter schedules. THE BOOKING SUPPORT has no control over such changes. Always check baggage policies directly with your airline prior to travel.
THE BOOKING SUPPORT Terms & Conditions - Hotel Reservations
By booking a hotel with us, you agree to these terms.
- Hotel Information: Hotel details, photos, and amenities are provided by our suppliers. THE BOOKING SUPPORT is not responsible for outdated or incorrect details.
- Prepaid Reservations: Most reservations are prepaid. This generally covers only the room rate and taxes. Additional charges (resort fees, parking, etc.) are the guest’s responsibility.
- Cancellations, Changes & Refunds: To modify or cancel, contact our support team at official@thebookingsupport.com.com or call 1-866-558-6325. Hotel cancellation policies vary. THE BOOKING SUPPORT service fees are non-refundable.
THE BOOKING SUPPORT Terms & Conditions - Car Rental
Please read this information carefully before making a car rental reservation.
- Booking & Payments: A 14.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to all rentals. You must present the same credit or debit card used for your online payment at pickup.
- Drivers & Requirements: The minimum age to rent is 19 (21 in select locations). Drivers under 25 may be subject to a surcharge. All drivers must present a valid driver’s license.
- Cancellations & Modifications: Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable. THE BOOKING SUPPORT car rental bookings cannot be modified.
THE BOOKING SUPPORT Terms & Conditions - Cruise
By booking a cruise through THE BOOKING SUPPORT, you agree to these policies.
- Pricing & Payments: All prices are per person in U.S. Dollars ($), based on double occupancy. A non-refundable $35 processing fee per booking is charged by THE BOOKING SUPPORT.
- Passenger Information: You are responsible for ensuring all passenger names on your booking exactly match the name on your passport or official ID.
- Cancellations & Refunds: To modify or cancel, you must contact THE BOOKING SUPPORT directly. The THE BOOKING SUPPORT $35 processing fee is non-refundable.
THE BOOKING SUPPORT Terms & Conditions - Holiday Package
By booking a holiday package, you agree to the following terms.
- Pricing: Prices and availability are valid only for the complete holiday package.
- Payment: Full payment is required with a valid credit card at the time of booking. By booking, you authorize THE BOOKING SUPPORT and our partners to charge your card for the total cost.
- Third-Party Providers: THE BOOKING SUPPORT acts as a travel management service. We are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies on our website, nor are we responsible for the performance of third-party service providers.
THE BOOKING SUPPORT Terms & Conditions - Text Message
By providing your contact details on the THE BOOKING SUPPORT website, you agree to receive text messages.
- Opt-Out Option: If you choose to stop receiving text messages, you can reply with "STOP" to any message.
- Costs and Charges: THE BOOKING SUPPORT does not charge any fee for sending or receiving text messages. However, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- Liability: You agree to indemnify THE BOOKING SUPPORT and its affiliates from any claims or damages that are caused due to your failure to update your contact information promptly.
